Return Policy
At OneArtSource we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If our customers are not completely satisfied, the item purchased can be returned and a full refund is guaranteed. Items must be returned within seven days of receipt via the company that delivered the item. There are no refunds for commissioned art.

Shipping Policy
OneArtSource.com currently ships to US and Canada only. All other locations should contact us for special arrangements.

Each item has a unique shipping price which applies for all locations within US and Canada. We provide free shipping for all artworks that are priced 1000 USD or higher.

When you order from us, we contact the artist and work with him/her to deliver the artwork to you. This process guarantees the authenticity of the artworks and the best service. Each artwork is shipped individually.

We use various shipping companies depending on the type of artwork you purchase. You may expect the artwork you purchase to arrive within two (2) to four (4) weeks. As soon as your purchase is shipped, we will e-mail you the shipping date and tracking number.
